I have worked in the real estate industry for over 14 years. Starting as a secretary and listing processor, I saw the back end of everything that goes on between the clients and the agents. I have heard the worries, frustrations, and accomplishments of each client. As a sale and closing processor, I was able to help our customers understand the process on the sale of their home, learn every detail of the sales and closings (including how to handle problems that can arise,) and remain in contact with all parties included on each deal. I am extremely familiar with the area, as I have lived here for 19+ years from Highland to Lowell! I am a volunteer for Junior Achievement in the elementary schools as well as a volunteer at the Lake County Animal Shelter.
